CANCELLATIONS

There is no charge for bookings which are cancelled with 24 hours (or more) notice. The fee for cancellations made at short notice is 100%.

24 hour notice policy

I require clients to give notice (of at least 24 hours) before cancelling or rescheduling an appointment.

Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in a cancellation fee of 100%.

This helps me manage my schedule and avoid disappointing clients who are waiting for a slot.
